Exploring Reunion Island by video game
The video game, released a few days ago, is based on such classic video games including one of the most famous ever, Super Mario Bros, which was launched by Japanese multinational Nintendo in the 1980s and back then took the gaming world by storm.
Now, over 30 years later, the plumber with a mustache has become an icon in the medium of video games. With Run Island - the game, Reunion Island Tourism (IRT) hopes to accomplish a similar success.
The principle is simple: you play as one of three characters proposed and discover different areas of the map through a total of thirty levels.
At each level three elements be explored: the Earth with Tido the Dodo, the air with Rocket the Tropicbird, and the water with Marty the Dolphin. The aim is to collect as many coins as possible to unlock the next level, but, of course, players have to be careful and watch out for sudden obstacles, traps, and enemies lurking in the shadows.
Uncover the secrets and mysteries of Reunion Island through thirty trading cards that will help you win discounts to use on your next trip to destination Reunion. For the geeks, do not miss the four hidden bonuses which will make the game extra challenging!
Reunion Island Tourism now asks its followers on social media: “Are you ready for the challenge of Run Island?”
Downloads require at least the iPhone 4S or iPad 2 and are available for the Android platform as well.
