STANDS ARE BUSY

The stands of the indian ocean islands are very busy. It expects a good trend for the months to come.

A visitor said: “If the stands are busy it means that your destination is trendy”. Mauritius, The Seychelles, Reunion island and Madagascar are present on the fair. The tourism officials but also the trade of every island are welcoming the visitors. Tour Operators, travel agencies, medias are the main crowd that we meet on the stands.

NEW CEO

The new CEO of Air Madagascar, Mr Gilles FILIATREAULT (on the left on the picture) was presented on the WTM. A first meeting was operated with the vanilla islands to contribute to the success of a better air service of the islands of the Indian Ocean.

The development of the cruise market led by the President of the Vanilla Islands is on the good way. A new company announced its ambition to serve the islands within the next month. The ship Boudicca should come in the region very shortly to serve Mauritius, Seychelles, Mayotte, Madagascar and Reunion island.
