Saturday 5 December
Departure Air France flight Paris Orly / St Denis La Réunion Flight AF142 – 21h00
Sunday December 6
10:55 am – Arrival in Reunion Island – St Denis
11:30 am – Bus transfer to Hotel Boucan Canot and Helicopter transfer for those who have booked
Welcome drink – Installation in the rooms – Collection of rental cars at the hotel (1 car per team 1 pro – 3 amateurs)
1:00 p.m – Reconnaissance tour
7:00 p.m – Cocktail dinner (Hôtel Boucan Canot) for the Vanilla Islands Pro-Am Tours welcome evening / sports briefing
Monday December 7: 1st round of the Vanilla Islands Pro-Am / Golf Club de Bourbon
Breakfast at the hotel – Free morning
12.00 – Lunch at the golf course (Allow 20 minutes to drive from the hotel)
1 pm- Sports briefing
1:30 pm – Departure for the 1st Round
Free evening
Tuesday December 8: 2nd round of the Vanilla Islands Pro-Am / Golf Club de Bourbon
Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. (allow 20 minutes to drive from the hotel)
Briefing 7:45 am in Bourbon Golf Course
8 am – Departure for the 2nd Round
12:30 pm – Lunch at the Golf
6.30 pm – Beach Sunset evening at the Sauvage (Brisants St Gilles)
Wednesday December 9: 3rd round of the Vanilla Islands Pro-Am / Golf de Bassin Bleu
Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. (allow 20 minutes to drive from the hotel)
Briefing 7:45 am at Bassin Bleu Golf Course
8 am – Departure for the 3rd Round
12:30 p.m. – Lunch at The Golf
19:00 p.m. – Beach Party evening at Uni Vert
Thursday December 10: 4th and last round of the Vanilla Islands Pro-Am / Golf de Bassin Bleu
Breakfast at the hotel – Free morning
12:00 – Lunch at the golf course (Allow 20 minutes to drive from the hotel)
1:00 p.m. – Departure for the 4th and last Tour
Sunset Evening At “Les balançoires”
Friday December 11
Free day
Gala evening at Boucan Canot – Vanilla Islands Pro Am Tours awards ceremony
Saturday December 12
Free day (rooms in Late check out included)
