Travellers had their photo taken for free with the FotoKabine photobooth; it was then sent to their inbox and was published on the Vanilla Islands’ Facebook page.
THE 2 WINNING PHOTOS WITH THE MOST “LIKES” ARE :
– Ben Abdallah Anas will enjoy a helicopter flight !
“The 3 Calderas and Le Trou de Fer Canyon” The island’s three calderas, Mafate, Cilaos and Salazie, are protected by a National Park and are recognised as UNESCO World Heritage sites for their incredible beauty. Previously, there was also a fourth caldera; it has now been covered by dense tropical forest which is home to a rare treasure: Le Trou de Fer, a canyon which is 300 metres deep, surrounded by waterfalls. A sight worth seeing! Return via the lagoons.
– Sandrine Esparon will enjoy an overnight stay for 2 in a junior suite with breakfast at the Ermitage Boutik Hotel.
Ideally located near the beach and shops, you can lounge around in the shade of the Filao trees, have a go on a pedalo, try kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding in the crystal clear, safe waters of lagoon before enjoying a quick shopping trip, all within a 5-minute walk.
